Country Presence
FWF operates in the United Republic of Tanzania, implementing programs that advance women
and girls’ human rights, strengthen access to primary healthcare services and promote inclusive socio-economic development
for vulnerable communities.
The organization works across multiple regions of Tanzania through partnerships
with local government authorities, community-based organizations, health facilities, youth networks and women
groups. Through these collaborations, FWF delivers community-centered interventions addressing gender inequality,
health challenges, economic vulnerability, climate change impacts and barriers to sustainable livelihoods.
FWF operational model combines community outreach, local institutional partnerships,
and national-level advocacy to ensure that programs are responsive to local priorities while contributing to
broader development objectives.
